 Symphony
Structures Inc. was formed in 1998 by Walt Lewandowski and
Rich Tardiff. After 45 years in the garage business, both
in Tucson and Lake Havasu, Walt and Rich have decided to pursue
their dreams of golf and retirement.
The business was recently acquired by Paul Leichtnam and
Rick Hink, co-owners of Bestway Builders and Remodeling LLC,
one of Tucson's Premiere design, build and remodeling firms.
The new company will be called Symphony Structures, LLC. Walt
and Rich will remain with the new company. Walt as a consultant
and Rich in sales.
"We were doing a majority of their work anyway,"
explains new owner Paul Leichtnam. "We did their concrete
and framing work. They called us for our stucco, roofing and
painting subcontractors. When Walt and Rich approached us
about buying the business we just thought this would be a
perfect addition to our existing firm. "
Rick will be doing the designs and drawings while Paul will
coordinate the sales and production. "With the skilled
craftsmen that we employ with our parent company, Bestway
Builders, we'll be able to control costs more effectively
by not using as many subcontractors. This will enable us to
provide a superior finished product to our customers",
explains Rick. Between Rick and Paul there's over 50 years
of real construction experience - both in the field and in
the office.
Together, our designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and the
entire Symphony Structures LLC staff share a pride of workmanship

Symphony Structures LLC, has hundreds of satisfied customers
