it take to build my garage? |
| Typically the whole process, including
plans and building permits takes about one month. |

| What is a basic electrical
package? |
| A basic electrical package includes
one exterior switched light, one interior switched light,
one GFCI wall outlet, an outlet in the ceiling for a
garage door opener and a 30amp panel. |

| What is an apron? |
| This is a concrete ramp used to
transition the garage floor to an existing grade. |
|
| Do I need an apron? |
| Not always. Some people will have
their driveway run right up to the garage slab, whereby
the driveway is the apron. Others may choose to grade
the earth up to the garage slab. |

| What is a standard size
garage? |
| The minimum width for a one car
garage is 14”, two car is 22’ and a three
car is 33’. The minimum depth to fit a small car
into would be about 20’. The minimums do not offer
any additional storage room so a couple feet larger
is recommended. A nice size two car garage will be a
24’ x 24’. |

| What is included in a regular
garage? |
| We can include whatever you want
to include. All of our garages are custom built on site
to meet your needs and desires. We do have General Standard
Specifications that are typically used as a guide. |

| What if my
site is not flat and level? |
| We will come out to the site to
evaluate the amount of preparation require to make it
work. We can cut, grade, fill or a number of other things
to make it work. At that time we can usually give you
a quote on the additional cost. |

| Can I upgrade the components
in my garage? |
| Absolutely. |

| Do you need to come to
my property to give me a quote? |
| We can give you a “Ball Park”
quote over the phone to see if what you want is within
your budget range. In order to give you a firm price
quote we will need to visit the site. Pricing will depend
to a significant degree on your specific garage needs
and your actual site. The site visit and estimate is
free of charge. |

| What kind of
warranty do I get? |
| We warrant our structures
against defects for two years from the date of purchase
provided that it is painted within 30 days of purchase.
